for those of you on blogger on Twitter, consider making a custom background for your page. I found four tutorials over at Chris Spooner's blog - one for a repeating image background, one for a graphic background fading to color, one for extra large image on your background and one for your very own custome. Awesome! He even gives you the Photoshop template to make your very own.
